ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Outbound Caller (Telemarketer), you will reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services. Your main goal is to engage prospects, gather information, and set appointments for our sales team. You’ll use your communication skills to build rapport, handle objections, and promote the benefits of our offerings. This role is essential for generating leads and helping our business grow. If you’re motivated, friendly, and enjoy talking to people, we want you on our team!

- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Transfer interested prospects to licensed agents for detailed quotes and further assistance.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts to schedule appointments.
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Motivated by sales goals
Hourly rate + bonuses for hitting goals.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
